Liberty Hall in Tyler is bringing a new movie to East Texas called Forks Over Knives. This movie doesn't address the problems in the food industry, as Food, Inc. did. Instead, it claims to  challenge the western way of thinking about food. It tells us that changing our diet can change the state of our health. Whether you believe it's true or think it's a buch of nonsense, head to Liberty Theater on August 16 to see it for yourself.
